From May through September each year, Gather Local Market takes the party outdoors with a traditional farmers market operating two days per week.
Centrally located steps away from the riverbank, our outdoor market is an opportunity to showcase local producers during Saskatoon’s sunniest season.

Located inside Gather’s indoor market, the Alcove’s minimalist design is all about versatility; it can be dressed up or dressed down to fit your needs. Want to host an open-mic night? Promote a program? Set up an art installation? We’re the space to make it happen.

An ode to their journey from streetwear brand to design studio, Howard & Lloyd pitched the Alcove as a place for testing new product ideas, sharing conversations, and growing community. Free from the constraints of traditional leasing models and potentially restrictive costs, the Alcove is the perfect platform for creative exploration and experimentation.
Everyone is welcome here, but the Alcove is especially suited to visual artists, musicians, community organizations, and local businesses.
Financial accessibility is a priority for the Alcove. Pricing is structured based on occupancy, with daily, weekly, and monthly rates available.
For-profit businesses
Daily: $275
Weekly (Tuesday – Sunday): $750
Monthly (4 consecutive weeks): $1,500
Non-profits, artists, and Howard & Lloyd clients:
Negotiated on a case-by-case basis
Heck yes, you can! Share your vision and we’ll do what we can to bring it to life.
Howard & Lloyd does not manage the Alcove when it’s rented. Tenants are in charge of overseeing the space, and engaging with visitors. We require occupants to be onsite for at least 80% of Gather’s operating hours.
