From May through September each year, Gather Local Market takes the party outdoors with a traditional farmers market operating two days per week.
Centrally located steps away from the riverbank, our outdoor market is an opportunity to showcase local producers during Saskatoon’s sunniest season.

Located inside Gather Local Market, the Collective Kitchen is designed to help participants reach the next stage of their culinary journey – growing food industry skills, products, connections and businesses along the way.
Are you new to the industry and want to start a food business? The Opportunity Platform is your chance to test your concept at Saskatoon’s neighbourhood market.
Commitment: 1-2 days a week (Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays 11am-7pm)

Commitment: Minimum 3-4 weeks (Thursday through Sunday)
No. We’ve designed this incubator space to function as a turn-key kitchen; all you need to do is show up and get ready for service. Our goal is to support the launch of local food businesses by lifting the financial hurdle of rent when starting out.
ATB Wealth’s generosity allows us to offer the space to successful applicants free of charge. The only costs associated with program participation are ingredients and supplies needed for product preparation.
This is one path participants may choose, but it’s not the only way to grow. Gather Collective Kitchen is meant to meet you where you’re at, whether you’ve developed a food product you want to see on grocery store shelves or you’re after feedback on a new menu item.
